“I have been going to Louise for around 3 years now. I never thought I would be doing this at my age, however I can honestly say I wish I had started sooner.
It’s hard work, but you only get out what you put in. Of course I’m never going to look like Louise - and nor should I.
Louise makes the sessions fun and, whilst I’m training, we talk about most things - so not only do you have a trainer you also have a friend. We laugh A LOT.

“As a woman in my 40’s, I had previously enjoyed exercise classes rather than going to the gym. I was nervous about joining a gym to lift weights but had heard it was the best thing for women as they get older.
Regular gyms are intimidating in the free weights section, as they are heavily male-orientated. I also had no clue about the correct form or technique and knew I didn't want to get injured by just watching a few YouTube videos, so I contacted Louise.
