I’m Louise, personal trainer and IFBB Pro based in Chelmsford, Essex.

I work with people who want to train properly - not crash dieting, not chaos, and not being thrown into a gym feeling lost or judged - but structured, supportive coaching that’s built around you.

I coach men and women of all ages and backgrounds, whether you’re completely new to training or looking to rebuild confidence, strength, and consistency after years of stop-starting.

I don’t do quick fixes or cookie-cutter plans.
I coach proper technique, confidence, and long-term results. In a private, supportive space.

MY STORY
Before bodybuilding, before titles, before coaching full-time - I was a normal mum of two.

I didn't grow up in the gym and I didn’t train through pregnancy or my 2 C-sections. I started my fitness journey after having my children (when I decided to feel stronger, healthier and more confident in my body).

I know what is like to begin from a place of uncertainty - to feel out of shape, intimidated and unsure where to start. That experience shapes how I coach. I don’t expect perfection. I expect honesty, effort and a willingness to learn, and I build everything else around that.

Experience & Background
Alongside coaching everyday people, I compete at the highest level in bodybuilding as an IFBB Pro and British number one.

I’ve spent over 16 years training, learning and coaching.

My background gives me a deep understanding of the body, but my coaching is never about ego or extremes. Its about applying that knowledge in a way that fits real people and real lives.

How I Coach
I coach from a fully private gym because environment matters.

Training should feel focused, supported, and comfortable - not rushed, crowded or performative. Every session is structured, every plan has a purpose and every client gets my full attention.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in building strength, confidence and habits that last. Physically and mentally.

I place a strong emphasis on correct form and technique in every session. That means clients can train confidently, knowing exercises are performed safely and effectively to maximise results and reduce the risk of injury.

Coaching places are limited so I can give every client the time, focus and support they deserve.
